At Stillroot Mobile Massage, your relaxation and comfort are my top priorities. As a solo therapist and business owner, I strive to ensure a smooth and personalized experience every step of the way. Please take a moment to review the booking policies:
🌿 Advance reservations are required.
Appointments are by reservation only. I recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred date, time, and location.
🌿 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. This helps account for travel and preparation time.
🌿 No-shows will be charged the full session rate.
I understand emergencies happen — please communicate as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
🌿 Please be ready at your location 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
This ensures your session begins promptly and you receive the full treatment time.
🌿 Payment is accepted via cash, credit card, or digital transfer.
